Do I need a doctor's referral for physiotherapy
In many cases, you can book directly without a referral. However, some insurance plans may require one. Check with your provider if you’re unsure.
How soon will you respond after i submit the form
We respond to patient enquiries and appointment requests within 5 business days during clinic hours.
What should i bring to my first appointment ?
Any scan or test reports, a list of medication, comfortable clothing, and details of when and how your pain started
Can i change or cancel my appointment ?
Yes. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments changed or cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to a $50 fee.
